October 12: Universal Studios

Day 13: We finally ate at Jack-in-the-Box. Cheryl bought a bunch of antennae balls to take back east with her. Then we decided to go to Universal Studios. It is my favorite theme park. We had a lot of fun. The highlight is still the Water World show. That is the thing not to miss. I hope the pictures below do not give too much of it away.

Day 13: After the day in the park, we looked through the shops on the CityWalk. Then we had reservations for the Wizzardz dinner show. Dinner was OK, the show was great. There were three acts altogether, all of them excellent magicians. I got "volunteered" to go up on stage and help the one. He took out a coat which I did not recognize from the back and asked me what it was. I said it was a fireman's coat. Well, he made fun of me. It was a straightjacket, and my job was to strap him in. I did not do a good enough job, though, as he later escaped.

Even though we were less than an hour away from my place in Ventura, we had reservations for a place near Universal City, so we spent the night there.
